    Business Development Manager

    The Role of Business Development Manager - Industrial Lubricants: As Business Development Manager for the north of England, you will be tasked with growing sales of their high quality but competitively priced range of industrial lubricants, by generating demand with manufacturing businesses in sectors such as food & beverage, automotive, glass, petrochemical and marine. This is a consultative process, conducting site surveys and producing proposals.

    All of the products are sold via an established distribution network, consisting of the likes of Cromwell Tools, Brammer Buck & Hickman and Eriks, who you will also have contact with at branch level.

    For the position of Business Development Manager - Industrial Lubricants, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

    • Field sales experience, selling to industrial / manufacturing markets, ideally MRO related
    • Engineering background
    • Consultative / problem solving approach to selling
    • Must be well presented, professional and ambitious to grow your career
    • Driving licence

    Benefits of this Business Development Manager - Industrial Lubricants:

    • £45,000 - £50,000 base salary DOE, plus uncapped monthly commission £7k 1st year
    • £500 per month car allowance + generous mileage payment
    • 5% company pension contribution, life assurance
    • 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays
