As a Service Manager, you will be responsible and accountable for the direct management of our supported living services in the Coventry region.
You will ensure that the highest standards of care and support are delivered to the People We Support which reflect our organisational values, culture, and strategic direction.
A summary of the key duties includeHaving an active presence in all aspects of service delivery
Providing an effective management structure to support the development of the People We Employ in the service
Establishing positive relationships with the People We Support to provide a therapeutic living environment
A commitment to co-production and ability wo work with a person's network of support and multi-disciplinary agency
Enable our supported living services to meet CQC regulatory standards and continuously push to achieve an outstanding rating

We will provide a salary ranging from £37,000 - £42,345 (dependant on experience) and an annual leave entitlement of 25 days (excluding bank holidays)
We require the following experience, qualifications, and skills
Previous leadership experience gained within a supervisory, deputy or managerial role - preferably in a health and social care setting
A minimum Level 4 qualification with a desire to obtain a Level 5.
Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external audiences
someone who can think innovatively, outside of the box and can use their own initiative
Ability to develop a long-term vision and evidence continuous positive outcomes
A driver's License and access to a vehicle
