    Just Eat Takeaway is looking to recruit an enthusiastic Business Analyst to join the Partner domain. The successful analyst will be joining a supportive and motivated team. We are looking for an autonomous and committed individual who will help further our efforts to promote best business analysis practices across Just Eat Takeaway.

    These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

    • Collaborating with the team and stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of requirements and solutions
    • Identifying process changes that may be required elsewhere within the business as a result of a new implementation, and is able to communicate changes to the affected business areas
    • Ensuring requirements are validated prior to release
    • Participating in analysis for pre-project discovery work, Product & Technology and the wider business
    • Actively participating in the Business Analyst community, sharing learnings and identifying areas for contribution
    • Take a collaborative approach and foster strong working relationships with all team members including Product Managers, UX, Engineers and Delivery managers
    • Analyse potential solutions and collaborate with Technology, Product, UX&D and the wider business to ensure the identified problems are solved
    • Identify and map stakeholders and support the Product Manager to ensure engagement as required throughout the project lifecycle
    • Continues to improve the core BA skill-set and expands knowledge of other disciplines with support and guidance
    • Creating business cases
    • Defining and creating process maps

    What will you bring to the table?

    • Experience facilitating workshops and project inceptions with a range of stakeholders
    • Experience analysing complex problems and breaking them down into coherent features, products and projects
    • Experience eliciting risks and dependencies and communicating them to stakeholders
    • Ability to assimilate information with ease and grasp new technology, tools and processes quickly
    • Ability to adapt documentation as required depending on the working practices of the team
    • A good understanding of a range of Agile delivery methodologies and ability to work with various teams to identify, recommend and support process improvement
    • Ability to build an understanding of the technology being used by the team to implement solutions, and communicate as required to non-technical stakeholders
    • Ability communicate the product vision and commercial drives to different teams and relevant stakeholders in the absence of the Product Manager
    • Ability to gain knowledge of non-Technology business areas in order to assess the impact of project changes within the wider business
    • Experience being a subject matter expertise in own discipline in addition to having basic knowledge of related disciplines
