An outstanding opportunity to join us in this role where the UK FCC WM & AM Advisory Officer supports the UK FCC WM & AM Advisory Head in actively leading and owning the day-to-day activities of the WM & AM Advisory team.
As an FCC Advisory Officer, you will act as the first point of contact for queries and managing critical issues from the UK Wealth Management & Asset Management businesses and its support functions, as well as helping to develop the team.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing high risk clients, prospect clients and transactions
- Producing written reports and holistic FCC risk assessments as part of the bank's risk management and risk review processes
- Providing guidance on FCC Policies, procedures, and risk appetites
- Liaising with both local & global stakeholders as part of the risk assessment & decisioning processes
- Participating in system and process enhancement working groups and workshops
- Delivering training to business and second line colleagues on FCC risk themes
- Reviewing and challenging MI
- Attending and presenting at committees, producing relevant materials
- Liaising with Internal Audit and supporting on internal/external audit and regulatory initiatives

- Extensive experience of working in an FCC advisory function
- Good understanding of private banking & asset management business activities & products
- Accuracy and attention to detail with a high quality work product
- Outstanding communication and organization skills
- Proven ability to develop & foster strong partnerships with business & second line stakeholders
- Agile and adaptable to changing environment
- Proven ability to manage work to demanding deadlines/ under pressure
- Strong teamplayer with good interpersonal skillset
- Excellent research skills & a questioning mindset
- Experience/understanding of financial services industry is a distinct advantage
