As one of our End Point Assessors, you'll conduct consistent, professional assessments guiding learners through end point assessments towards the successful completion of their apprenticeships.
From multiple-choice tests and professional discussions to on-the-job observations, overseeing tests, and everything in between, you'll assess to ensure their triumph.

What You'll Be Doing:
You'll come on board as an End Point Assessor, delivering inspiring assessments with integrity, approachability, and resourcefulness.
Reporting to an End Point Assessor Manager, you'll collaborate with apprentices and their employers to strategize, execute, and report on End Point Assessments.
When determining apprenticeship standards and final grades, you'll leverage your expertise to render fair and impartial assessment decisions based on the standard's grading criteria.
You'll also handle administrative tasks and keep abreast of sector developments.
With a solid work-life balance and the guidance of our skilled and supportive team, you'll not only help individuals enhance their prospects but also support our organization in achieving its aspirations.
As an EPA, your role will be diverse and flexible, encompassing remote work and field visits within your specialized sector.
Who You Are:
You bring a wealth of professional experience as a Professional Coach in a Learning and Development setting.
Capable of engaging with a wide array of learners, you exhibit empathy and effectiveness in your duties and are a proficient communicator, whether in writing or verbally.
You are comfortable working independently while also being a collaborative team player. Your exceptional time management and administrative skills set you apart.
What You'll Need:
In addition to a demonstrated passion for and practical experience in Coaching and a Coaching qualification at level 5 or higher, you should also hold an Assessors and IQA award.
You should be familiar with MS Office and other IT systems (training will be provided for EPAPro).
