    Position Overview:

    We are looking for a dynamic and driven Product Marketing Specialist to support the development and execution of product marketing strategies. Reporting into the Product Marketing Manager, this individual will work closely with the growth marketing, engagement and brand marketing teams to drive awareness, adoption, and success of our products and services. The Product Marketing Specialist will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support the development and execution of comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and retention of our products and services.
    • Assist in the creation of compelling marketing collateral, including product messaging, working closely with stakeholders to coordinate product focused website content, email campaigns, social media content, and sales materials.
    • Working closely with the wider teams to understand market research and competitor analysis to understand customer needs, market trends, and opportunities for differentiation.
    • Assist in the planning and execution of product led marketing activity to be executed across various channels, such as digital advertising, content marketing, email marketing, and social media.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, engineering, and sales, to gather insights and develop marketing initiatives.
    • Work closely with the growth marketing design team to brief, develop and execute creative assets and campaign activity.
    • Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, track KPIs, and provide regular reports and insights to optimise marketing activities.
    • Assist in the management of marketing projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with marketing goals and objectives.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in product marketing and digital marketing.

    Experience:

    • Experience in marketing, with a focus on product marketing or a related field
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and storytelling.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
    • Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and a willingness to learn and grow.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with marketing and analytics tools is a plus.
    • Passion for genealogy, history, or family heritage is a plus.
