Our new Partnerships BDR will be responsible for building out and leveraging our growing worldwide network of Partners, with the aim of originating new business. Uncapped proudly operates with a healthy balance sheet and has been profitable since 2023. This is unusual in our space and is driven by our careful investments in great entrepreneurs and their unique visions.

    We're looking for an entrepreneurial person to initiate, scale and maintain long-term relationships with the fastest growth opportunities for our business such as Credit Brokers, Debt Advisors, VCs, Consultants, Agencies and the wider Ecommerce ecosystem.     About Uncapped

    Founded in 2019, Uncapped is the fastest, most affordable way for growing online businesses to fund marketing and inventory. The company was born out of frustration with the limited financing options available for UK and European entrepreneurs to finance growth.

    Uncapped provides working capital loans to brands and retailers around the world, doing between $10m and $100m in turnover.

    Uncapped has raised VC funding from most notable investors including Lakestar, Mouro Capital, Global Founders Capital, White Star Capital, Seedcamp, and All Iron Ventures.

    What you will do

    You will develop and own a portfolio of Partners by offering a solution that solves a huge pain point for their growing clients and beats alternatives head-to-head. Our customers love what we offer, and 90% take more capital. Great word of mouth brings plenty of qualified leads.

    • Prospecting potential Partners through multiple mediums, including calls, email, professional networks and in-person events.
    • Manage the full Partner lifecycle including identifying leads, conducting cold outreach, leading virtual/in-person meetings and managing a pipeline with the aim of exceeding individual targets.
    • Devise creative ways to keep existing Partners engaged such as producing email content or other marketing materials.
    • Partner with internal cross-functional teams including Sales to drive forward initiatives & specific deals you've sourced.
    • Be active in the startup ecosystem as an ambassador of Uncapped including attending events such as conferences or pitch events.
    • Lead by example to create an inspiring team environment where ideas are shared, and openness is valued alongside impact on customers.

    Requirements

    Who you are

    • You have 1-2 years of experience in Partnerships or Sales
    • You are interested in the high-growth businesses ecosystem, specifically Ecommerce and D2C business models (or you want to learn quickly about the ecosystem.)
    • You have some experience in a people or customer-centric role, such as Sales or Partnerships
    • You will ideally be a natural, people person: charismatic, emotionally intelligent, and able to adapt your communication style to your audience.
    • You have excellent analytical and administrations skills
    • You are organised and have great attention to detail; nothing gets past you
    • Experience with HubSpot or a similar sales platform would be beneficial
    • You have a good academic record (ideally a degree) and a history of thinking outside the box
