The role of the Director of Research and Policy is to guide and manage the orgnaisations research and policy outputs and represent the brand.

This offers an outstanding opportunity to work with some of the most influential professionals and opinion formers in the property industry.

The successful candidate will come from the real estate or wider built environment industry and have a deep understanding of commissioning research.

You will have a track record in leading or managing research or policy projects, have extensive experience in delivering qualitative and/or quantitative research and have a proven track record of real estate and the built environment - specifically the office sector.
