The finance team within this exceptional firm is one of the leading practices in London. The team is significant because of its contribution to a vast network of clients spread across the globe, advising on a huge variety of finance transactions.

The firm in question is an international practice and it's brand is known for real estate, IP, corporate, disputes, tech and commercial work and all of its lawyers are considered experts in their field. Applications are, therefore, invited from solicitors with at least 5 PQE, with a solid background in general or specialist finance and trained and qualitied with another top UK or international law firm, with a first-class academic profile.

This is an exciting role, offering the successful candidate an opportunity to work amongst the best finance lawyers in the country, managing all asset-based lending work, leveraged finance, DCM and also some real estate finance.
