Primary responsibilities of the role will includeEnsure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, standards and work instructionsService, repair and testing of all Electric Valve Actuator typesInstallation test and commission of Electric Valve Actuators to Valves in our workshopProvide training and overview of actuator services to trainees and apprenticesAny other reasonable duties as required to meet the needs of the businessQualificationsMechanical, Electrical or Engineering qualification (preferred)Completed an engineering apprenticeship (preferred)ExperienceBasic electrical skills, fault finding, testing and commissioning of all actuator typesBe fully competent working alone on all valve and actuator typesDemonstrable workshop or technician experience within a valve actuator workshop environment – preferredBehaviours & SkillsProfessional approach appropriate to the roleGood oral and written communication skills.
