    3. Conduct legal research, analyse complex legal issues, and prepare legal opinions, memoranda, and other relevant documents to support client matters.
    4. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including contracts, leases, licenses, and partnership agreements, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
    5. Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings, advocating on their behalf and striving to achieve favourable outcomes.
    6. Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the legal team and across departments to provide integrated legal solutions and support cross-functional initiatives.
    7. Mentor junior solicitors and provide guidance and support to help develop their legal skills and expertise.
    8. Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service, responsiveness, and professionalism, and actively contribute to business development efforts to attract new clients and expand existing relationships.
