This is an exciting opportunity for a Building Safety Services Coordinator to join our Asset Management team. The main purpose of this role is to assist in delivering a robust and comprehensive service to our customers.

Your main responsibilities will include:

To provide operational support to ensure the delivery of efficient and effective Building Safety services.
Proficient use of the Asset Management and supporting systems to maintain accurate records of activity.
To lead on the delivery of minor projects relating to Building Safety.
Assist colleagues within Assets by undertaking administrative duties and other important tasks.
Be a strong communicator who is able to liaise effectively at all levels, including with our customers.
Have experience of working with data management systems in a property environment.
Be able to take the lead in delivering complex tasks.
Have a flexible and innovative approach.
