    The Role:

    As our Product Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the success of our data-driven solutions, transforming complex insights into compelling stories that resonate with industry leaders. This is a new role for IWSR, representing an opportunity to build out our product marketing expertise from the ground up. You'll be responsible for:

    • Designing and executing go-to-market strategies: Leverage market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and develop impactful messaging.
    • Driving product adoption: Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to generate leads, qualify opportunities, and ensure seamless product onboarding.
    • Optimising client journeys: Identify key use cases and user personas, tailoring communications across platforms and maximising engagement.
    • Managing product launches and campaigns: Oversee all aspects from planning to execution, ensuring success and visibility.
    • Continuously measuring and iterating: Track key metrics (website traffic, leads generated, conversion rates) and analyse campaign effectiveness to constantly optimise performance.
    • Staying ahead of the curve: Actively monitor industry trends and innovations to inform future product marketing strategies.

    Who You Are:

    • A master storyteller who translates complex data into compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences.
    • A native English speaker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • A strategic thinker with 6+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B data or SaaS.
    • A demonstrable track record of successful go-to-market strategies and product launches.
    • A metric-driven and results-oriented strategist with a customer-centric approach.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
    • Adept at using data analysis tools and marketing automation platforms.
    • Self-motivated and adaptable, you thrive in dynamic environments and collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
