Major Recruitment are searching for a Mechanical Fitter for our client based in Sunderland. This vacancy is full-time and permanent for the right candidate.Duties include:
Use of hand tools to maintain and repair equipment and machineryReading of mechanical drawingsWorking to deadlinesWorking as part of a team and alone to meet company targetsHours of work and pay rate:Monday to Thursday07:00am till 17:00pmSome night shift work may be required38 hours per weekOvertime available during the week and weekends as and when the business needs£17.06 per hourSuccessful candidates must have the following:Minimum Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Mechanical Fitting/ Mechanical ManufacturingExperience working with hydraulicsComfortable working from heights and in all weathersOverhead Crane Operator/ Slinging or willing to learnPlease call (phone number removed) for an immediate interview.
