    Description

    • Managing and reviewing the production of evidence for legal cases.
    • The Evidence Review Manager (Lawyer) will be acting as a critical interface between legal operations and fee earners.
    • Analysing complex legal information to provide strategic insights.
    • Leading and mentoring a team of junior associates, paralegals and contract lawyers.
    • Collaborating with lawyers and third party vendors.
    • Ensuring all evidence is compliant with legal and ethical standards.
    • Overseeing the implementation of legal research tools and methodologies.
    • Assisting with eDisclosure protocol implementation
    • Contributing to the development of departmental procedures and best practices.

    Profile

    A successful Evidence Review Manager (Lawyer) should have:

    • Admission to the Roll of Solicitors (Common Law)
    • Proven experience in a similar role within a Law Firm or LPO.
    • Thorough understanding of disputes and investigations
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities.
    • Knowledge of legal research tools and methodologies.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
