    This role will focus on:

    Ensuring compliance with theCompany Environmental, Health, Safety and Sustainability Policies,reporting any potentially dangerous issues/faults to your direct Team Leader orProduction Manager including but not limited to maintaining a safe and cleanwork environment

    Toensure quality products are produced in the required quantity, on time, and atthe lowest possible cost, in a manner in keeping with the Quality, Safety,Health and Environmental policies and procedures of the company

    Demonstratea positive attitude to training and personal development

    Monitorthe performance of the process ensuring maximum output is achieved at all times

    Carryout and document the correct quality control checks for each job performed,completing all production paperwork

    Workas a team to ensure departmental targets, company targets and customerdeadlines are achieved

  • Testing of product for leaks using Hydrostatic, High Pressure and Air under
  • water test rigs
  • Inspecting the quality of the product
  • Ensure that the product matches customer order details
  • Using measure equipment verniers, callipers, tapes and pressure rigs
  • Packing to specification and weighing goods for shipment
  • Loading goods onto vehicles
  • To be successful in this role, youwill need:
  • Basic education and understanding of maths
  • Previous working experience in manufacturing environment
  • Basic understanding of what company manufactures
  • Be able to work overtime as required
  • Works well as part of a team or on an individual basis
  • Methodical and attention to detail
  • Quality, Testing or Mechanical Background
  • Able to use tape measures, micrometers and verniers
  • FLT License
  • Able to work in imperial and metric measurement systems
