REED are working with a highly successful organisation in Norwich, recruiting for the position of
Business Administrator to join the team on a permanent full time basis, working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.


We are looking for an individual with excellent attention to detail and accuracy, to work as part of the Administration Services team, working with data and looking at new ways to import information to company systems, along with dealing with day to dayadministrative tasks.

You will have excellent interpersonal and team working skills, with the ability to come up with new ideas and encourage adoption of improved processes across the team in a collaborative manner.


  • Carry out Client onboarding to ensure Anti-Money laundering requirements are met
  • Prepare and issue statements
  • Instruct legal agents as required
  • Support with document management
  • Support with projects to ensure all Energy Performance Certificates are requested, received and meet legal requirements
  • Act upon instructions from managers, prepare and issue consent letters
  • Ensure that accurate data is maintained
  • Maintain effective relationships with all internal teams and external third parties, working collaboratively at all times
  • Ensure all risk events, errors and breaches are identified, reported in accordance with set timeframe and resolved in a timely manner

Skills & Experience required

  • Existing administration / data management experience
- minimum of 1 year is preferable. Alternatively we would consider a bright Graduate.

  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Team working skills
  • Communication written and verbal
  • Competent IT skills and ability to use Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to problem solve and come up with improvement ideas
  • Organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Experience within Property, Insurance, or Legal would be desirable, but is not essential.
