Being responsible for delivering Salesforce Service Cloud solutions for CRM in an agile development environmentBuilding out the CRM cloud platform with full integration with Email Template building tools, Einstein Analytics, Case Management systems
Collaborating with cross-functional IT teams to build strategic architecture and design and analyze business requirements and providing technical solutions
Integrating methodologies and DevOps process into the development practices
Implementing and maintaining Salesforce customizations such as custom fields and objects, layouts, workflows
Bachelors or master's degree in computer science/ Information Technology
Experience with Salesforce development expertise that includes Service Cloud, Lightning Web Components, Apex Programming, Lightning experience, Controllers, Triggers, APIs
Service cloud development and configuration experience is a must have
Skills that will help you in the role:
Current Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer 1, Platform Developer) with knowledge and understanding of Salesforce permissions
Experience in the financial services domain, preferably in Trade Processing or Middle Office applications
