    Requirements for the Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) role:
    You must have a Registered Nurse Qualification (RGN/RMN)

    Active PIN or awaiting your NMC PIN

    Clear DBS.


    About the Nursing Home:
    The home is a modern 62 bedded home on the outskirts of Bristol.

    For rest and relaxation, the home has a well-equipped hairdressing salon, garden and patio area where residents can relax when the weather allows and a caf.

    Experienced registered nurses and care assistants, selected for their skills operate a 24 hour service, delivering a high standard of nursing care to our residents.

    The role of a Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) within the Nursing Home involves:

    Ensuring the care, welfare and safety of all residents is maintained at the highest possible standard.

    Completing physical/psychological assessments of new residents on admission.

    Creating individualised care plans for residents.

    Updating care plans daily.

    Safely administering and recording of medication.

    Liaising effectively with external suppliers and health care providers.

    Monitoring and developing performance of care staff.

    Ensuring effective rotas are in place.


    Use a person-centred approach to ensure every individuals needs are understood and met with the greatest privacy, dignity, and respect.
