Ensure that cleaning operatives are working the correct hours
Providetechnicaltrainingasandwhenrequiredforallcleaningstaffandliaisewiththe Operations Manager for additional training requirements
Monitor and review cleaning staff performance
Complete timesheets and deal with Payroll enquires
Carry out specialist cleaning operations
H&S Level3 or IOSH would be
Must have good communication skills including writing skills.
Must have a good understanding in management techniques & troubleshooting & problem- Must have a full driving licence.
DemonstrableexperienceinClientRelationshipandEngagement Management.
Proficient IT skills particularly in MSOffice and Excel.
