    About the role

    The role of Process Change Manager within Commercial Finance Transformation is pivotal in translating project goals into tangible process improvements.

    The main focus of the role will be the implementation of the divisional To-Be Sales Forecasting Process and relevant tool, which will further support the transition to an end-to-end integrated S&OP process.

    You will be the driving force behind transforming existing workflows, ensuring increased efficiency and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will bridge the gap between IT, Finance and the Sales teams, in terms of communication, workshops coordination and delivering requirements documentation, data-driven recommendations and reports to stakeholders.

    Your remit will include but not limited to:

  • Develop and execute a detailed implementation plan for the projects process changes, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations
  • Monitor key performance indicators to assess the immediate impact of changes and make real-time adjustments as needed
  • Maintain detailed documentation of process changes, including updated workflows, standard operating procedures, and any associated documentation
  • Design and deliver targeted training programs to equip employees with the skills required for the new tools and processes
  • Foster a collaborative environment by engaging team members in the change process, addressing concerns, and promoting a shared vision for success.
  • About you

  • A degree in business, management or finance
  • Proven hands-on experience in implementing process changes, preferably in a project or change management role within a multinational, matrix environment
  • Strong interpersonal and project management skills, including the ability to create, manage and implement detailed project plans
  • Excellent communication and negoTiation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner, present and influence different level of stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset and the ability to assess the impact of process changes on organizational objectives and adapt the implementation as required
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies and tools.
