Description

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with experience in delivery of operational processes for technology infrastructure and core services (backups, DR, cyber vault etc.).

Worked on infrastructure solution delivery / transition service models.

In this "hands-on" role you will work with the program/business to define and agree requirements and collaborate across stakeholders to gather and collate input for structured documentation in order to support the new target operating model .

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years' experience working as a Business Analyst in particular with a focus on documenting processes, procedures and work instructions within a regulated environment.

# In this role you will:Translate vendor generic/technical documentation into processes, procedures and work instructions.
# Quality Documentation, Operating Procedures, Processes.
# Review Technical Documentation supplied by Vendors – Review, Understand it, Translate – Create Standard Operating Procedures
# Working very closely with external vendors
# Excellent communications, listening and writing skills
# Stakeholder engagement and management

# Some of the key responsibilities include: Read and understand the vendor technical documentation for the data protection/recovery program deliverables.
# Extract the relevant content to produce a full set of easy-to-understand Work Instructions to facilitate the support of the end-to-end service .
# Develop a clear understanding of how the business uses the product and service in day-to-day activities and able to communicate this to Key Stakeholders.
# Lead workshops to transition knowledge and understanding to the BAU support teams.
# Align the documentation with the Operating Model.

This is a DRC Position, a flexible hybrid model with offices in Dublin. It may require going to the office for workshops.
