Position Title:
Apprentice - Business Administration
Duties will include providing administrative support to the team, responding to e-mails and telephone enquiries, and updating internal systems and spreadsheets.
Excellent organisational skills and an ability to work under pressure are essential requirements, together with great attention to detail for ensuring data is recorded accurately in our IFS system.
Maintain electronic and manual systems, including data inputting, in an efficient and effective manner.Arranging, co-ordinating and communicating details for meetings, training and events.
Supporting the Finance department complying reports, updating and creating excel spreadsheets.
We are looking for people who are clearly able to demonstrate they are ready to take a pro-active approach towards their own personal and professional development and is looking for good long-term prospects.
To be successful in this role, you will possess computer literacy and a good education. For example excellent interpersonal and IT skills and include GCSE Maths and English Grade A-C (or equivalent).
