Year4 Teacher Responsibilities
Planprepare and deliver lessons that cater to the diverse needs of Year4 students.
Implement appropriate teachingstrategies to engage and inspire students.
Assess and monitor student progress providing regular feedback andsetting targets for improvement.
Collaboratewith colleagues to develop curriculum materials and share bestpractices.
Maintain a safe and inclusiveclassroom environment that promotes respectful behaviour andpositive relationships.
Communicate effectivelywith parents/guardians to provide updates on student progress andaddress any concerns.
Participate in staffmeetings professional development workshops and other schoolactivities asrequired.
Year 4Teacher Requirements
Bachelorsdegree in Education or a related field.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Proven experience teaching Year 4 students in a primary schoolsetting.
Excellent knowledge of the NationalCurriculum and assessment methods.
Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills.
Abilityto differentiate instruction to meet the needs of individuallearners.
Dedication to ongoing professionaldevelopment and a commitment to staying uptodate with the latesteducational practices.
Flexibility andadaptability to work effectively in a collaborative teamenvironment.
