    Little Moons is the UK&I market leader in frozen and chilled mochi, a fusion of Eastern and Western cuisines – soft and chewy rice flour dough wrapped around balls of ice cream, cheesecake, or chocolate ganache, to create a distinctive bite-sized, and delicious, dessert that's bursting with flavour.

    The product's roots are in high-end restaurants, but over the last five years retail packs have swept the ice cream category across grocery and food service.

    Little Moons has rapidly established mochi, and snacking ice cream, across Europe. We are looking for a superstar Grocery Commercial Executive to join our entrepreneurial and high performing team.

    Reporting into a Grocery Senior Commercial Manager, this role will assist the Grocery team with the day-to-day running of national accounts, including analysing Sales data, tracking competitor activity, keeping on top of new line forms & promotional evaluations, and supporting the team with sampling & customer presentations.

    Over time you will take on more responsibility and your own national accounts, working with buyers to maximise commercial relationships and grow the Little Moons brand.

    You will help support the grocery team, to achieve sustainable and high-growth targets. This role will be based in Farringdon, London and we offer hybrid working.

    the UK grocery team with your Excel wizardry, an eye for detail and ability to manage your workload to hit key deadlines & juggle multiple priorities
    ~ Sales data to create recommendations for future promotions and ranging for the sales team
    ~ recommend & execute own account plans
    ~ maintain strong working relationships internally and externally with key stakeholders, particularly marketing, demand planning & commercial finance

    literate with excellent excel skills
    you have experience in a sales/commercial role in the food/drink industry
    launched NPD into existing accounts
