- Ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the London office
- Oversee various administrative, operational, and logistical aspects to support business goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders.
- Lead office space improvements, creating a conducive and inspiring work environment.
- Organise meetings and events, including room bookings.
- Monitor office expenses and budgets, maintaining accurate records.
- Serve as the point of contact for escalations related to business tools and software.
- Coordinate the procurement of office supplies, including but not limited to stationery, equipment, and kitchen supplies including food and drink.
- Lead and run all employee benefits programs.
- Develop and implement the strategy to enhance overall employee experience at Angove Partners.
- Promote a positive, inclusive office culture through engaging activities like team-building exercises, celebrations, and employee appreciation events.
- Implement creative and effective incentive programs to motivate, recognise and reward employee performance
- Serve as a champion for diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, promoting a workplace where all employees feel valued, respected, and supported.
- Lead by example, demonstrating enthusiasm, positivity, and a commitment to fostering a supportive and rewarding work environment for all employees.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of culture-building initiatives and incentive programs through feedback mechanisms and metrics, adjusting as necessary to ensure their success.
- Collaborate constantly with Divisional heads and Managers to identify operational needs within the organisation.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in an Office Manager role, preferably within a recruitment agency, sales, or equivalent organisation.
- Experience building and delivering administrative processes in a similar-sized business.
- Sound business understanding and commercial/organisational savvy.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Possess a curious mindset and exceptional problem-solving skills.
- A humble and empathetic team player willing to roll up their sleeves, take initiative, and get involved.
- A credible influencer with stakeholders at all levels.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Office Manager to join our growing recruitment firm. The Office Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of our office operations. This position involves a diverse range of responsibilities, from overseeing office operations to fostering a positive and inclusive office culture. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating a positive employee experience and effectively managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position will report directly to the Executive Director.
This role will require you to be on-site five days a week.
