Your Role as Administrator (VOLUNTEER ROLE):
As our Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in helping us in shaping our community. You'll be the bridge that connects the public with our start-up charity.


Your tasks will include:

Filing and Data Management:Keeping documents organised and accessible, whether in physical filing cabinets or online document management systems.

Research: Gathering information from various sources to support charity tasks, including data analysis and report writing.

Scheduling:Organising meetings and appointments, ensuring that all participants have the necessary information.

Office Maintenance:Overseeing the inventory of office supplies and ensuring equipment like printers and computers are operational.

Financial Tasks:Assisting with bookkeeping, record-keeping, and managing billing cycles.

You
MUST have Admin experience or within a related field.
