We are looking for a multi-skilled individual who is capable of delivering successful Facility Management ensuring that our business is operating at its best capacity.

Consistency throughout our worldwide branches remains an important feature for Din Tai Fung.Crisis management for any disruption of trade and provide solutions to minimise the impact on revenue to the business
Plan, tender and establish all service contracts and PPM's for all assets
Manage facilities contracts across soft & hard services including property services, cleaning, waste removal, pest control, utilities, chemicals and further depending on business requirements
Manage contractors' performance and carry out a periodic review
Responsible for the asset management of the company including mechanical & electrical maintenance.
Conduct regular restaurant safety and legal audits and ensure the brand standard is protected and consistent across the board
Licensing management
Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards
Produce high-level monthly board information pack and operational report for senior managers
In-depth knowledge of Hard and Soft services with an understanding of industry developments
Have the ability to lead and manage teams and projects
Strong commercial acumen and ability to make high-quality reactive decisions
