    Mission:


    As the Customer Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day control of quality assurance activities related to our customers manufactured and assembled products.

    Your role will involve closely monitoring and evaluating the quality standards of materials and components, ensuring they meet our rigorous requirements.


    Responsibilities:


    Develop and maintain a satisfactory relationship with Quality Management and other key personnel at the Supplier with prompt response to any customer concerns.

    Lead and facilitate cross-functional 8D process (Red Table) for Process, Direct Supply and Aftermarket related customer, internal and Supplier concerns.

    Manage resolution of customer related incidents. (Complaint Reports, PQM's)

    Implement robust containment activities.

    Ensure on time submission of 8D reportsLiaise with internal departments to improve quality of delivered productEnsure effective use and maintenance of core Quality documentation (Control Plan, Post it notes, Quality Alerts, Care points).Maintain statistical methods including Supplier SPC (Statistical Process Control) if required.

    Support APQP quality related activities (Control plans, MSA, Product validation etc.)

    What we are looking for:
    Have relevant experience of working within a fast moving/high volume manufacturing environment.
    Automotive process based approach for auditing, including risk-based thinking.
    Training/Knowledge of Special Characteristics (sc / cc) (Safety and Regulation.
    Customer Specific Requirements that apply.
    ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements related to the standard.
