    Description

    Lending Metrics is one of the UK's leading providers of financial technology, working in partnership with both Experian and Equifax. We offer a diverse range of decisioning software and data services to the online lending industry in both the UK and Australia. We primarily supply services to UK clients, however, we have ambitious plans for growth and are looking to expand into new territories overseas.

    We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Project Manager to join our Projects team. This is a fantastic role for someone with a strong customer service background who is looking for a long term, development opportunity. It will primarily focus on planning and managing a range of internal and client driven IT/technical based projects of varying size, primarily concerned with credit risk decisioning and data.

    Key Responsibilities

    · Provide project support to all projects, adhering to agreed processes.

    · Project manage a set of implementation projects across all products.

    · Act as the main point of contact for client communications.

    · Managing client expectations, focusing on timelines and what each party is responsible for.

    · Encourage client progression through the project phases, highlighting any clients that are inactive to internal stakeholders.

    · Coordinate and work with internal teams to deliver work in a timely manner.

    · Project manage ad hoc internal development projects.

    · Establish required scope and work breakdown for projects.

    · Act as a first level of support during UAT, coordinating support and work from the development/support teams where required.

    · Maintain Asana boards and tasks, ensuring that all projects are up to date.

    Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

    Pay: £28,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
