    VP Sales - EMEA

    Job Overview:

    We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to spearhead sales efforts in the European, Middle Eastern, and African (EMEA) markets on behalf of our client. As the VP of Sales EMEA, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and expanding brand recognition across the region.

    Responsibilities:

    • Craft and execute sales strategies tailored specifically for the diverse EMEA market, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives for the region.
    • Identify and capitalize on unique market opportunities within EMEA, nurturing relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
    • Lead a diverse team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of motivation and success, while coordinating with sales, account management, alliances, services, marketing, and SDRs to develop comprehensive approaches.
    • Tackle market challenges head-on, focusing on building brand recognition within core industries.
    • Preferably, have previous experience in the software industry, with knowledge of Master Data Management, as this will be instrumental in understanding and addressing the needs of potential clients.

    Qualifications:

    • Bring 5+ years of experience in SaaS Enterprise Software sales leadership to the table, with a strong focus on the EMEA market.
    • Demonstrate a proven track record of driving revenue growth within the European, Middle Eastern, and African regions.
    • Exhibit strong expertise in net new selling and account management, particularly within the context of Master Data Management/Data Management space
    • Showcase your ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams across EMEA
    • Embrace an entrepreneurial mindset with strategic thinking capabilities, navigating complexities inherent in the EMEA market.
    • Show a proactive and customer-centric approach to sales
