Who we are looking for

Responsible for FX collateral management in the EMEA region for Global markets.


SSGM Collateral Operations is responsible for ensuring that each portfolio is as fully collateralized as possible and all related margining activities are being completed in a timely and accurate manner.

The incumbent will play a key role on the State Street Global Markets FX collateral team. The team is responsible for ensuring complete daily margining for all FX trading activity, primarily to satisfy regulatory requirements. This includes direct involvement in the margin call process as well as the expertise to help oversee offshore team.


This team member will also be asked to play a role in projects of varying complexity and execute on those projects in collaboration with team members in Edinburgh as well as regional hubs.

What you will be responsible for

As FX Collateral Oversight you will- Ensure all controls are followed in daily processes to mitigate risk- Manage end-to-end regulatory Initial Margin process- Oversee cash and security settlements- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues- Review disputes and reconciliations, produce reporting- Liaise with Legal, Compliance, Credit, Trading, and Operations globally- Participate in projects as requested and delivery on all project deadlines

- Previous experience in a Collateral Management role /environment preferred but not essential

Education & Preferred Qualifications- Degree level education preferred or equivalent industry experience.- An understanding of the financial services industry
