Perform data migration and ensure data accuracy.
Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver training.
Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and testing.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (Desired but not essential)
At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 implementations.
Participation in full lifecycle implementation projects.
Exposure to writing functional specifications, gap analysis documents, and training materials.
Experience in system integration, customization, and configuration.
Familiarity with X++ programming language.
Experience with Project Operations, Power Apps and Dataverse
