Mechanical Project Supervisor - Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, United Kingdom - Sustainable Resourcing

Description

The ideal candidate will have a mechanical background, ideally in pipe work but as long as you are knowledgeable and comfortable with dealing with all disciplines from Pipe Work, Duct Work and Lagging to BMS and coordinating with the Electrical team and specialists and client accordingly.
Looking for someone in the areas between Northampton and Oxford, ideal within an hour/hour and a half of site on a Permanent basis.
Duties will include but not limited to:

• Daily Site Diary upkeep
• Morning briefings and inductions
• Regular RAMS reviews and checking of implementation on site
• Regular H&S inspections and reports
• Weekly Tool Box Talks and as necessary with changing site conditions
• Attending daily site meetings with the PC to coordinate works
• Reporting on programme and liaising with sub-contractors to ensure correct resources and materials are on site
• Material take offs (Pipe Work)
• Snagging and checking of works in line with our ITP
• Site hours are generally Mon - Fri 07:30 – 16:30 but can change depending on works
• Reporting to and working with the Project Manager
