The Digital Products & Services team designs, builds, and stands up digital solutions across the value chain, that are embedded into business processes to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain high ROI.

Guided by PEPSICO's global priorities, the Digital Products & Services team create user-centric digital products that can be scaled globally by leveraging the leading technologies, advanced analytics algorithms and latest user research.


Main purpose


Commercial Cockpit Deployment Lead will lead the implementation of new reporting tool across BUs ensuring a strong framework, a common standardized set of KPIs in different commercial areas and build reporting solutions that can be leveraged in all European Business Units, other Sectors and Globally.

This role will closely collaborate with Product Owners of different commercial areas, Perfect Store, Insights, Sales Force Automatization and Digital to define KPIs and dashboards for their respective areas.

This role will also collaborate and align with key stakeholders from Business Units/markets in scope to understand key business objectives, understand existing solutions and dependencies, develop & implement & maintain key reports and build future reporting roadmap to continually transform the business forward.

This role is the day to day business lead for reporting solutions and responsible for overall value realization, i.e. topline growth and productivity. Commercial Cockpit Deployment Lead will report to Commercial Cockpit Senior Manager.


Responsibilities

Accountabilities

  • Work alongside the Commercial Cockpit Sr. Manager & Perfect Store Product Owner to lead the development of the Perfect Store reporting requirements for European Business Units and Sector
  • Implement the Commercial Cockpit vision and strategy for consolidated Perfect Store/Nielsen Reporting & Other at Sector Level by channel
  • Execute the reporting product roadmap for the Perfect Store area
  • Aligning stakeholders around the plan and vision for the common KPIs as well for common definition of Perfect Store across BUs
  • Work closely with Perfect Store Product Owner in order to have clear alignment, communication & deployment of "Perfect Store Reporting framework & freedom in the framework" to BUs
  • Lead the alignment with BU teams on the prioritization and timing of detail features & capabilities to meet current and future state customer needs across all commercial analytics tools/platforms
  • Working closely with the Sector Perfect Store, Image Recognition and SFA teams to ensure all data and KPI requirements are captured and meaningfully aggregated in dashboards (e.g. which Trax data/EPOS data/Nielsen data to leverage) and align with BUs
  • Support the development of the meaningful dashboards to provide insights that highlight opportunities & drive appropriate actions for front end and backend users
  • Work closely with all stakeholders at BU/Sector level to ensure successful implementation of Closed loop Product (IR/CC/SFA integrated solution)
  • Create and oversee the development and project management processes
  • Work closely with IT counterparts who translate the business requirements into technical capabilities and build the reporting tools
  • Manage the product to ensure a seamless user experience

Qualifications

Key skills / Experience required

  • 3+ years proven experience and a track record in product management within a B2C or B2B environment (preferably retail or ecommerce)
  • 5+ years proven experience in multinational F&B organizations, working mainly in DX, Trade Marketing, Sales or Insights
  • Business leader with proven track record of transforming commercial processes with high interest in and good understanding of digital business models and technology advances
  • Sales execution & GTM knowhow understanding of benefits of different GTM models and how reporting are integrated into field salesforce teams' ways of working to drive performance
  • Project management ability to manage multiple projects in a fast moving and ever changing environment. Preferably handson experience with agile development
  • Analytical skills create robust analysis over digital platform's data and meaningful insights to drive actions and highlight opportunities
  • High leadership capacity to influence others. Ensure teamwork within an alignment culture and build strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Crosscultural abilities able to understand different stakeholders needs, develop aligned plans in environments of diversity and uncertainty and work with a positive "make it happen" attitude.
  • Collaborative and honest work with integrity as a valuable member of the virtual European digital team, sharing best practices and building on others work to drive synergy, agility and pace of change across the sector.
