Client Service Agent

Pogust Goodhead, a London based firm are undertaking a
12-month project focused on client service across their NOx emissions litigations.

Under this project, they seek to ensure that as many clients as possible have the opportunity to jointheir cases.

If the project is successful, they may consider extending it and therefore they would look to offer
full time positions. As this role is continually tracked against performance, they are able to offer
bonuses to staff who perform well.

The role will be based in Pogust Goodhead's City of London overflow office and will report to the Global Director of Business Development at Pogust Goodhead.

As a Client Service Agent, your tasks will include:

To work collaboratively within your team and aim to ensure that all KPIs and targets are met and that service standards are maintained.
To be part of and help to create a highly motivated culture of continuous improvement within the team.
