Credit Controller - Wakefield, United Kingdom - Barclay Meade
Description
Responsibilities:
- Checking customer accounts daily
- Chasing payments to keep within account terms in a timely fashion
- Sending out Statements and where necessary copy invoices and credit notes
- To interact with sales teaM/Finance to ensure all outstanding queries are resolved and escalated where necessary.
- Cash receipting and allocation of payments.
- Ledger Maintenance reviewing account status and keeping debtor days to a minimum.
- Ownership of the Direct Debit process for the group of companies.
- Adhoc duties relevant to the job
The person:
- Knowledge of Credit Control
- Excellent Communicator/Great Customer Service
- Self Starter/Keen eye for detail
- Willing to learn
- Prepared to undertake training
