    Description

    We are looking for an experience restaurant Office Manager on a 3 month fixed term contract with a possibility for an extension, to join our team at NOPI.

    A NOPI restaurant Office Manager looks after the operational and administrative side of the venue in conjunction with the General Manager.

    Previous experience as restaurant Office Manager is essential.

    We are a collection of restaurants and delis, specialising in a style of food which is rooted in Middle Eastern and Mediterranean traditions, but which also draws in diverse influences and ingredients from around the world.

    Maintain the cleanliness, organisation, and appearance of the office space to create a calm and professional atmosphere
    Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment, ensuring availability for staff and guests
    Process invoices, credit card expenses, and financial documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures
    Order stock for the restaurant and kitchen as needed (M&A, Nisbets, Easypack etc.)
    Manage catering orders including delivery, upkeep of the menus, updating the kitchen team
    Help updating and printing daily menus
    Ensure online menus are updated once a week

    Previous hospitality/ restaurant Office Manager experience
    Knowledge of food production methods
