    Part time hours per week. Monday - Friday. This fixed term role provides an exciting opportunity to work within the Medical HR team as part of the wider Medical Workforce structure. Providing a Medical HR advisory service to Medical and Dental staff, clinical leaders and senior management employees throughout the Trust. The successful candidate will work across two sites, primarily based at our Woodside offices, whilst working partially from the main TRFT hospital site. This varied and exciting role provides opportunity for development, and full training will be provided. Main duties of the job To provide direction, support and advice with regards to all Medical and Dental HR matters, including attendance management, capability/performance, disciplinary and resourcing issues. The successful candidate will be an integral part of a busy team, providing a support service to medical and dental staff and to senior management colleagues.     Qualifications Desirable
    • CIPD qualified (part qualified would be considered) or equivalent experience. Degree or equivalent demonstrable experience.
