    Description

    Our Plant and Workshop division are recruiting for a Plant Hire Desk Coordinator to fulfil plant and vehicle orders on site to all FM Conway's sites. You will monitor and support the plant and vehicle hire process join our team working from our depot in Dartford, Kent on a full time, permanent basis.

    Duties of the Plant Hire Desk Coordinator role:

    -Assisting the business in record keeping duties of all our plant and vehicle assets

    -Attending meetings and site visits to ensure a high level of customer service is met with the FM Conway internal customers

    -Being flexible in accordance with business needs if extra time is required to complete work

    We are looking for a candidate with strong customer service and Microsoft Office skills. You will be an individual thinker, have experience working under pressure and have excellent organisational skills.
