Our award-winning agency client is seeking a Junior Account Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

As a Junior Account Manager you will act as the primary link between the client and the agency on a day-to-day basis.

Assisting the Senior Account Manager in delivering creative and digital solutions both online and offline.
This role would suit a Junior marketer or an Account executive that is already working agency side.


Responsibilities:

• Manage projects with support, ensuring accurate scheduling and client Pos
• Set up jobs, produce quotes, and maintain financial documentation
• Prepare for client meetings, build relationships based on trust, and deliver exceptional service
• Communicate with clients, addressing requests in collaboration with the team
• Complete daily timesheets and assist team members as required
• Maintain accurate estimating, billing plans, and invoicing for projects
• Raise supplier POs and allocate costs accurately within Synergist
• Support in adding new core client opportunities for pipeline reportingSkills and experience:
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written commercially astute
• Strong planning and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment
