    Key role responsibilities/duties for a Physiotherapist

    • To work with the Lead Physiotherapist to deliver high quality, client focused and person-centred physiotherapy/hydrotherapy services to clients within the Therapy Centre. To provide, in the absence of the Lead Physiotherapist effective operational and clinical leadership and management of physiotherapy/hydrotherapy services delivered within the Therapy Centre ensuring compliance with current regulatory requirements. To contribute to the continuous improvement and development of physiotherapy/hydrotherapy services within the Therapy Centre to meet the needs of current and prospective clients.
    • To support the Lead Physiotherapist to promote and maintain a person-centred culture and approach within the physiotherapy/ hydrotherapy service to ensure the delivery of high quality, client focused and person-centred physiotherapy/ hydrotherapy services to clients in order to maximise their independence and quality of life
    • To assist in the implementation of quality assurance programmes within the Therapy Centre's physiotherapy/ hydrotherapy service
    • To assist in the effective planning, management and deployment of physiotherapy/ hydrotherapy staffing resources in order to deliver safe and quality service to clients
    • To support the effective implementation of Ben's organisational policies and procedures within the physiotherapy team
    • To contribute to the maintenance of management information systems within the Therapy Centre including the provision of reports on the treatments and services delivered to clients, when required
    • To maintain effective reporting procedures with the Lead Physiotherapist
    • To undertake assessments of clients' physiotherapy requirements in line with Ben's policies and procedures and in consultation with Lead Physiotherapist
    • To formulate and deliver robust clinically reasoned physiotherapy/ hydrotherapy intervention plans and recommendations based upon assessment findings
    • To maintain clear and accurate assessment and treatment records for clients receiving physiotherapy/ hydrotherapy services in line with Ben policies and procedures and Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) standards

    Hours of work for a Physiotherapist:

    24 hours per week 3 full days (Can be slightly flexible with start and finish times)

    Location of role:

    Sunningdale, Ascot (SL5), SL5 0FG

    Salary for a Physiotherapist:

    £19.50 per hour
