For our "Customer and Product Management" division we are looking for a Technical Administrator - Time Management (m/f/d)

The position can be based at our offices in Gießen, Fulda, Darmstadt or Kassel.
This position is a full-time position, which is in principle divisible.

Your tasks and responsibilities

You are responsible for setting up and maintaining the time management terminals for our customers

You will administer the Windows and Linux systems within the P&I-LogaAll-in environment

You are responsible for the network infrastructure of the customer's time management system (planning and maintenance)

You create quotations and monitor the order processing of LOGA hardware components in SAP S/4HANA

You will process customer inquiries (first / second level support), carry out error analyses and take over communication with the software or hardware manufacturer The level of pay is based on a salary up to EG 10 TVöD (VKA) and will be subject to a final individual assessment and personal qualifications.

What you bring with you

Completed technical training in the field of computer science or similar qualification through relevant professional experience

Experience in the technical installation and support of IT systems (Windows / Linux)

Strong knowledge of network technology

Extensive PC knowledge and mastery of standard software

Understanding of databases and knowledge of SQL

Basic knowledge of SAP S/4HANA

Ability to analyze and implement complex interrelationships

Strong customer orientation and communication skills

Quick comprehension and initiative

Empathy and ability to work in a team
