It's a permanent position, providing support to diverse adults, from mental health to substance misuse and older adults with learning and physical disabilities, within supported living environments.

Support Worker:
Provide practical support and encouragement, touching all aspects of people's daily lives.
Offer assistance with relationships, mobility, medications, meals, emotions, personal care, finances, health, communication, planning for the future, sports and leisure activities, and other care plan-recorded aspects.
To be considered for this role, you should have:A minimum qualification of SVQ Level 2 in Care or HNC in Social Care (Desirable)
Flexibility to work various shifts
At least 12 months of UK care setting experience (Desirable)
