Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Architect (ARB/RIBA) to join this Consultancy to act as their in-house Architect developing this offering on current and future commissions.

Joining a small team you will apply your design skills to projects within a variety of sectors including:

Education
Leisure
MOD
Bespoke high end Residential

This Consultant is currently outsourcing its's design and modelling work but keen to bring it in-house and in doing so develop the offering to complement existing services provided.

Person Specification:

As a Chartered Architect you will be confident and have proven experience in your Design, Modelling and Contract Administration abilities.

You will be conversant in both AutoCAD and REVIT.

This role will appeal to applicants seeking a unique opportunity to be part of and actively involved in developing an Architectural offering.

You maybe currently working for a larger Practice looking for a more 360 role, a sole Practitioner looking for a role which brings you more infrastructure to be part of but still have the feeling of being a SME or perhaps you have taken early retirement but wanting to re-enter the industry in a role which provides both "balance" in work and life.
