A unique opportunity for a Head of HR Systems who is proficient in Workday HCM to collaborate closely with HR, payroll, and technical experts to ensure seamless integration, functionality, and data integrity within a global-leading software house.

You will be pivotal in ensuring HR systems meet business objectives and deliver accurate reporting. If you're passionate about optimising HR technology and enabling organisational success, we would love to hear from you.

Location:

This is a hybrid role, with the expectation of 2 days per week in the London office (or you can be based in Cambridge if more convenient).

Requirements for Workday Head of HR Systems:
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant STEM field, or have an equivalent combination of training and work experience.
High proficiency in Workday HCM
Worked in a similar commercial role where you have been working very closely with HR, Payroll and Technical teams
Previously worked in a similar capacity as a Workday Product Owner
Responsibilities for Workday Head of HR Systems:
Spearheading the management, development, integration, and advancement of Workday HCM and other HR-related modules.

Collaborating closely with HR, payroll, and technical business teams to ensure the product's suitability, seamless integration, alignment with business objectives, and generation of accurate data for reporting purposes.

Cultivating relationships with business functional leaders, capturing Workday HCM system requirements, and translating them into efficient processes and solutions within the Workday framework.

Partnering with HR to streamline HR processes within Workday, aiming to maximise return on investment.
Engaging stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and alignment of Workday reporting with business requirements.
Actively participating as a key member of the Workday leadership team.
