Job Purpose
A hands-on role providing enterprise architectural insights.


My client is going through a major digital transformation and looking to capitalise on this by growing across all their teams in IT, Data, and Architecture.

They are looking for an Enterprise Architect to align the Technology Roadmap to Business StrategyGoals, setting technology Direction and solution design guardrails for a given business domain.

You will be responsible for creating long term architecture visions, conceptual and logical target architecture, and governing the direction of solution design.

To work on a companywide digital transformation.

Oversee the build, improvement, and maintenance of the enterprise services software used by both internal and external stakeholders.

Use strong analytical skills to review and assess the current Technology Landscape against the business strategy. Work on the design of integrating multiple cloud and physical on-premises networks while ensuring the security by design concept. Own and alignour IT and Information Management Strategy's with the organisation mission. You must have a good understanding of both Cloud and on-premises technologies.

Communicate how the technology strategy follows and enables both current and future developments.


Work with divisional directors, department heads and product owner\architects to understand the business functions, identifying opportunities to optimise our use of technology.

Identifies organisational requirements for the resources, structures, and culturalchanges necessary to support the enterprise architecture.

Support the compliance and security teams in the approval process for any new systems\technologies.


Key Accountabilities

  • Work across the organization, determining the needs of a range of business units and work out how to use existing technologies or use new ones to deliver what the business needs of its customers.
  • It's a role that requires strong communication and analytical skills to ensure that business units have the right tools to be successful.
  • Work with the business and the IT teams to ensure that realistic delivery targets are agreed with the business.
  • Identify priorities for change.
  • Consult and support collaboration across the business.
  • Understand the organisation's ecosystem and its interdependencies, including reference architectures.
  • Suggests ideas to reduce costs in IT and business leadership.
  • Ensure that all requests and technologies are in line with the corporate information security policy. Where they are not working with the IT, IS teams, and business stakeholders to find new, secure alternative solutions.
Personal Profile/ Experience

  • CRMs
  • Salesforce or Oracle etc


  • ERP

  • SAP or Oracle etc
  • Experience if implementing middleware\integrations tools
  • Knowledge of onpremises technologies such as VMware, SAN etc
  • ITSM tools Service Now, Salesforce Service Cloud etc.
  • Data Warehouse and Big Data experience.


  • European language

  • French\German (Desirable)
