We are seeking an experienced Manager to oversee all aspects of a collections department. Strong leadership, communications and stakeholder management skills are essential.
Overseeing all aspects of the collections department.
Develop and implement strategies to optimise collections processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Lead a team of collections specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure targets are met.
Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including risk management, operations, and technology to streamline processes and enhance collections capabilities.
Conduct regular assessments of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Prepare and present reports to senior management, highlighting project status, trends, and recommendations for action.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in collections management, incorporating new methodologies and technologies as appropriate.
Proven experience in collections management within the financial services sector within last 12 months.
Reporting to Senior Operations Manager
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Deep understanding of regulatory requirements governing collections activities.
