Are you experienced within an Engineering discipline?

MacGregor Black are partnering with a Leading FMCG brand on the search for a Maintenance Engineer. This is a perm role based in Trowbridge.Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for planned maintenance, breakdowns and line change-overs
• To develop and enhance maintenance systems and procedures
• Routinely undertake continuous improvement activities to improve capability and reliability
• Participate in site improvements, modifications, an capital investment projects
• Coach, mentor and support Engineers when necessary
• Act as a subject matter expert on site equipment and technologies
• Assist in PUWER, LOLER and Risk assessments

What are we looking for?

• Apprenticeship trained in an Engineering Discipline
• Level 3 educated, HNC preferred
• Good diagnostic and problem solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure with high attention to detail

Desirable

• FMCG experience
• PLC experience
• 17th or 18th edition
• Pneumatics experience
• BOAS certified

Salary circa £41,000

Day shift 7:00-15:00
