Would you like to influence the business and customer outcomes for some of the key products in our Purposeful lending here at one of the biggest Building Societies in the country?
If so, you could join us here at Leeds Building Society as a Product and Pricing Manager.

As a Product & Pricing Manager you will review, analyse and manage the Society's mortgage product ranges including Residential Mainstream and Interest Only mortgages.

You'll assist with all aspects of product pricing including the development and evaluation of the Society's range, including:

research, product launches, product monitoring, and record keeping and ensure that the existing product range is effectively streamlined to provide further efficiencies across the business.

You'll also be responsible for delivery of planned volume, risk profile, and margin in assigned segments of both the new lending & existing customer ranges including recommending changes where appropriate, substantiated by relevant and compelling evidence.

Good working knowledge of the Society's products and/or practical data analytics experience
Being highly numerate and readily able to interpret disparate financial trends
Problem solving skills with ability to draw clear conclusions and recommendations from multiple data sources / trends and the ability to create simplicity from complexity
Good MS Office Skills
